This Qi Gong/Tai Chi practice focuses on the three major connections of Earth,Mind and Spirit and incorporates them into three forms of practice - movement, self massage and meditation. Qi Gong/Tai Chi has been credited for increasing flexibility, decreasing stress responses and improving focus through clarity of the mind.
