Sometimes our lives get "congested " and this practice can help open the door to a new perspective in our lives and our hearts. The focus of this series is on movements that increase flexibility in the body/mind as well as seeking emotional balance of the heart.
This is a 4 week series that includes 4 baskets of practice: meditation, breath work, movement and self massage techniques. Easy gentle movement both standing and moving which can be done by people who are trying the practice for the 1st time or by practitioners who wish to gain a new perspective to this ancient Chinese tradition.
This workshop is taught by Valerie Fagan, a current teacher for the Institute of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi.
Classes start October 26th through November 16th.
