Allow the experienced yogini and mother of three, Krista Jones, to take you on an incredible journey into self-care for moms of all stages (newborns - teenagers!). This class will incorporate abdominal and pelvic floor strengthening as well as increasing overall energy and well-being! And with a focus on self-care, the asanas, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques will help you cope with the demands of life and motherhood.
Starting on October 4th, Yoga for Moms will be on Tuesday evenings
from 7:15 to 8:15pm at Thrive
